We describe products as accurately as we can, including ingredients and traditional uses. Packaging and batch appearance may vary between consignments from the manufacturing pharmacy.

Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices, offers and stock can change without notice.
Payment is collected manually through UPI. Your order is confirmed only after we verify the transaction reference you submit. If we cannot verify a payment, we will contact you before cancelling.
Order acceptance
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where pricing was listed in error, or where we cannot verify payment. In such cases any amount received is refunded in full.
Consultations
Consultation slots are confirmed by email after booking. Please arrive or join on time; sessions may be shortened if you are late. Rescheduling is possible with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
Site content, layout and images belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
