Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders of 500 rupees and above. Below that, a flat charge of 60 rupees applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment verification. Verification of a manual UPI payment usually happens within a few hours during business hours.
Delivery time
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2 to 4 working days.
- Rest of South India: 3 to 6 working days.
- Elsewhere in India: 5 to 9 working days.
Tracking
We email you when your order is dispatched, and the status is visible in your account at every stage from Order Received through to Delivered.
Delays and undelivered parcels
Courier delays, weather and local restrictions can extend delivery times. If a parcel is returned undelivered because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second delivery charge may apply.
Serviceable areas
