Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched, at no cost. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we will confirm the cancellation and refund any amount already paid.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled; please refer to the Refund Policy instead.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order when stock is unavailable, when a price was listed in error, or when a manual UPI payment cannot be verified after we have tried to reach you. Any amount received is refunded in full.
Consultation cancellation and rescheduling
Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled slot for a full refund of any fee paid.
Cancellations within 12 hours, or missed appointments without notice, are not refundable. If the practitioner needs to reschedule, you may choose another slot or a full refund.
