Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order or consultation.
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery details: shipping address, city, state, pincode and landmark.
- Order details: the products you buy, amounts paid and your UPI transaction reference.
- Consultation details: preferred date and time, age, gender and the health concern you choose to share.
- Technical data: basic device and usage information used to keep the site working.
How we use your information
We use your details to process and deliver orders, verify manual UPI payments, arrange and follow up on consultations, and respond when you contact us.
We send transactional email about your order or booking — confirmations, payment updates and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing email.
Health information
Information you share for a consultation is treated as confidential and is visible only to the practitioner involved in your care and the staff arranging your appointment. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.
Payment information
Payments are made directly through your own UPI application. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card details or banking credentials. We store only the transaction reference (UTR) and any payment screenshot you choose to upload, so we can verify your payment.
Sharing with service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this site: cloud hosting, a managed database, an image service for product photos, and an email service for transactional messages. They process data on our instructions only.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Data retention and security
Order and booking records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and support obligations. Access is restricted, connections are encrypted in transit, and sign-in uses one-time codes rather than stored passwords.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or ask what we hold about you, by writing to support@sriayurvedicvaidyamitra.com. We respond within a reasonable time.
